Updated due to snow days! :)

*Perseverance is our Moral Focus for the month of January.  

*Agendas and Take-Home Folders need to go home and back each day. Also, please sign your child's agenda each day. 

*Weekly homework packets will go home on Monday and need to be completed and returned by Friday morning.  Please double check to make sure all pages are complete before they are handed in. *HOMEWORK Packets will be due by Wednesday, Jan. 14. 
*We have started using our new behavior plan system.  If there is a concern, a THINK Sheet will be going home with your child.  
*Log your reading minutes for JANUARY Book-IT
*Looking Ahead... No School Friday, Jan. 16: Staff PD Day.  Friday, Jan. 23 is the last day in the marking period.  

MATH (Jan. 12-15)
We are working in CH 4. Lessons include: Practice with Tens and Ones, Use Place Value to Compare Numbers, Mixed Addition with Tens and Ones, and an interactive math notebook activity.


READING  (Jan. 12-15)  **continued from last week
Amazing Words: enemy, protect, holler, bluff, extinct, crater, swamp, boisterous


**Spelling Words: home, woke, hose, stone, hope, those, joke, rose, bone, rode  ** We will take this test on Wednesday, Jan. 14.




Characters, Setting, Plot, Main Ideas & Details -The Big Circle  ** THIS TEST WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEDNESAY, Jan. 14.
